The abstracts of the Conference, consisting of the all lectures (one LaTex page), will be published. All participants will obtain copies during the Conference. Abstracts are due by February 29, 2004 and should be sent to both of the following e-mail addresses:

For abstracts which doesn't contain .ps file, use sample.tex

For abstracts with .ps file, use sample_ps.tex (name of .ps file here water01.ps )
