Registration Fees:

 The conference registration fees include:

• A participant kit (conference bag, T-Shirt with IPMS 2016 logo, etc. )
• The Conference Program and Abstract Book
• Coffee breaks Monday through Friday
• Welcome Reception on Monday evening
• Conference Banquet on Tuesday evening
• Renting the Congress Center
• City Tour (registration in advance only)

All participants, including the members of IPC/IOC and plenary/invited speakers, are required to pay the registration fee. Participants need to pay an additional EURO 150 to the account of the conference for each accompanying person. 

Each registered conference participant may present only one contributed talk. All requests concerning the second conference presentations (talks) will be considered by the International Program Committee after end of January, 2016. Due to the hotel reservation, registration fee is not refundable after March 31, 2016.

In the bank transfer please be careful about the Name of the Account Holder (International Workshop), show your name, family name and keep the receipt.
