The Local Organizing Committee will arrange a shuttle from Dalaman Airport to the Liberty Hotels, Lykia, on May 24th and 25th, for participants who will send arrival/departure data (day/time/flight no) to the address:    This email address is being protected from spambots. Transport agency representatives will meet participants at the exit of the Dalaman Airport, with a greeting poster "International Conference IP:M &S-2014".  Arriving to Dalaman Airport participants will be taken by bus at every hour from 08:00 to 23:00, with the time interval about 30 minutes on May 24th and 25th. Participants who arrive between 23:00 and 01:00 on May 24th and 25th must pay an additional small fee for the shuttle (10 EURO per person).  For all other cases, transport will be provided  depending on your arrival time with the charge of 35 EURO (or 50 USD)  instead of regular taxi price 50 EURO

The Liberty Hotels, Lykia, is located in Ölüdeniz at the coastline of Fethiye. Dalaman International Airport is about 70 kilometers away from the Liberty Hotels, Lykia. Participants can also use taxi to reach the hotel. It takes only 60 minutes from airport to the hotel by car or taxi.
