M9: Generalized Radon Transforms and Applications

The aim of this minisymposium is to gather scientists working in the field of imaging inverse problems soluble by generalized Radon transforms. There has been many advances by many groups over the last decade. It would be useful and interesting to get an overview of these Radon transforms, their properties and their applications in potential imaging processes in many fields such as medicine, industrial non-destructive evaluation and control as well as detection-identification in monitoring nuclear safety, homeland security and environnemental survey. The participants would enjoy the possibility to meet each other , to exchange ideas and possibly to start new collaborations.
