REFUND POLICY

All already registered for the IPMS2021 conference participants will be transferred to the IPMS2022 conference. Hotel room reservations will also be transferred to next year’s conference and then be adjusted according to the arrival and departure dates of each participant. The registration fee is also transferable to another person if a registered person is unable to attend the IPMS2022 conference.

If a registered participant is unable to attend and is not in a position to transfer the registration to another person, he/she should send a refund request to the e-mail address This email address is being protected from spambots. Because of the costs of the service company, we regret to inform you that at this point we can refund only 75% of the registration fee that was received in the conference bank account (which could be less than what you sent due to intermediary bank fees). The amount will be transferred to the bank account sent by the participant. The rest of the registration fee can be applied to registration fees for any future IPMS conference.

All requests for reimbursement must be submitted between the 20th of November and the 1th of December 2020. After this period, reimbursement requests will not be considered.
