For registered participants, room reservations at Paradise Bay Resort Hotel are made by the Organizing Committee. The prices of these rooms are as follows:

Single room: 126 euros/night
Double room: 176 euros/night
Shared room: 88 euros/night/ person
Shared room for MSc and PhD students: 63 euros/night/person (maximum occupancy 4 pax)

Rates include full-board accommodation, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. All meals are in the buffet format and include free-flowing beer, wine, soft drinks and water during lunch and dinner.

All accommodation fees are to be paid at the hotel upon arrival.

Discounted prices are also valid for three days before and three days after the conference period.
