REGISTRATION FEE
The registration form must be submitted via the conference website: Registration Form Page
An automatic e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address of the participant as the registration form is received. Upon receipt of this email, the participant should send the bank transfer receipt of the registration fee to the conference team. The hotel room reservation will be made at the Paradise Bay Resort Hotel after the registration fee is received along with the transfer receipt.

All participants, including the members of the IPC/IOC and plenary/invited speakers, are required to pay the registration fee. Participants need to pay an additional 100 euros to the account of the conference for each accompanying person. Conference registration fees help cover all meeting-related services and operating expenses throughout the year and a half. Conference fees also include admission to all sessions, the conference program, and an abstract e-book.
Each conference participant who has registered is limited to presenting one contributed talk. The International Program Committee will review all proposals pertaining to the second conference presentations after January 20, 2026.
Online transfer using credit card
You can pay the registration fee online using your credit card. To accomplish this, simply indicate on the registration form, available on the conference web page, that you wish to pay by credit card. Once the conference team receives your registration form with this option selected, they will send you the necessary link to complete the payment online by credit card.
Transfer with WISE
For international money transfers, the participants can also use https://www.wise.com. Transferring with WISE is much cheaper than using your local bank or Western Union. If you are going to use Wise to transfer the registration fee, please choose EURO/USA in the currency section on the recipient's side and fill the form with the account holder name, IBAN and SWIFT code.

ATTENTION:
During the bank transfer, please be careful about the name of the account holder, put down your name and family name, and send a copy of the bank transfer receipt to the conference secretariat (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.).
Participants who will pay the registration fee from European banks must make their payments as a normal international transfer, not through SEPA, since the IBAN of Turkish banks is not included in the SEPA system.
