Registration Form

Once your registration fee is submitted, the bank will make your registration and hotel reservation.
Please mail the copy of the bank transfer receipt to the address: pinar.baris@izmir.edu.tr

All participants, including the members of IPC/IOC and plenary/invited speakers, are required to pay the registration fee. Participants need to pay an additional EURO 100 to the account of the conference for each accompanying person.
Invited participants who have difficulties related to bank transfer may pay registration fee upon arrival.
