All registered participants of the conference IPMS2020 were automatically transferred to the conference IPMS2022. Hotel room reservations of these participants will be adjusted according to the arrival and departure dates of each participant. Participants are required to send these dates to the conference team by e-mail (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) until the end of December 2021. 

Cancellation requests of the participants registered to the conference IPMS2020 were met in May 2020 and December 2020. The information that the registration fees will not be refunded once again had been declared to each participant by e-mail.  Furthermore, if a participant cannot attend the conference IPMS2022, the registration fee can be transferred to another person.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. The requests received by December 31, 2021 will be refunded less a €30 processing fee. For cancellations made until February 28, 2022, 70% of the registration fee will be refunded. Cancellation requests received after March 01, 2022 will not be refunded.
